This is a simple explanation to a very serious problem.
Problem - Solution
The Real Problem is...
Housing Insecurity is More Than a Pressing Social Crisis.
Many States today are talking about legislation to control this issue. Problem is the who, what, where, when, and how. The most powerful argument, in our perspective, is the detriments of being a renter when a majority of properties are owned by small groups and the rent prices can get out of control. The second is the equity and appreciation of our soverned land going to foreign entities. These are what we feel real issues that are relatable, arguable, and constitutionally sound.
Renting compromises health, wealth, and overall quality of life for millions of Americans. It's time for a grassroots revolution, a collective effort to reshape the laws of our nation. Our belief is simple: the land, a shared resource, should not be monopolized by those wielding wealth and power, nor those that are foreign to our interest.
This isn't just a local issue; it's a global imperative. We draw inspiration from successful endeavors in Australia, Canada, and beyond, where they've effectively safeguarded residential real estate from foreign money and corporate dominance. History has shown us the way, and it's time for the United States to follow suit.
Imagine a future where affordable homes are not a luxury but a right for all. If we allow the current trajectory to persist, the prospect of homeownership could slip away, leaving us all at the mercy of escalating rents and robbing us of the sanctuary we cherish—our homes.

We spoke to Howard Jarvis Law Firm in California and proposed a question during a talk show. The Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association is a California-based nonprofit lobbying and policy organization that advocates for Proposition 13 and Proposition 218. Officially nonpartisan, the organization also advocates against raising taxes in California.
The question was, "Is there a way to change the laws by County, State, and the Nation that will prevent the large corporations and foreign ownership of Residential Property in the US."
The Answer was yes. However, one of the major CONS to the program would be if the Corporations were taxed and foreign entities prevented from buying residential properties, then the market could crash. In my opinion, this would be a small, short-term price to pay to get people into homes.
